Aww... UPS shipping to my university is more than twice what the bear costs. :/

Ages and ages away. Not till October.

Don't mind being supplied with furry bears for valentines though!!!

Ouch! Can't you find a local supplier?

Why don't you make your own?

It will be a lot more fun!

A sh**load of gummie bears, a large pot and a cake mould is all you need?

I imagine alcohol would be highly recommended!

In fact try this!

I'm pretty sure this beast is one of those "we can only sell it because of the Internet" items, and so I highly doubt there are any suppliers, local or otherwise. For that matter, while it is indeed awesome, it also makes me feel vaguely nauseous. :P
In any case, anywhere you see the words "UPS" and "Canada", you can generally give up on the idea of buying food for the next week. I think there was somewhere else on the forum way back where I was complaining about them ransoming my RMA'd N810 for $60... that ended up being resolved by Nokia's generosity, not UPS.
On the other hand, their slow shipping doesn't look too bad, and I think I saw some things on that site that ThinkGeek also sells (with no cheap shipping option), so it may be worth a look for other items.

I did a bit of a search and found several places selling it, if you really wanted one. I also found a site that suggested making your own by melting down little gummi bears and putting them in a big bear.

Have to say my preference is for bears you can hug without getting sticky.
