Dear Roger,

I've read your message and I'm very confused. I do not own an N900 but I do own an N800 and for some reason feel offended by your thread even though I suspect you are not speaking to me. It might be the sexist woman-hating or maybe the fact that you're telling new N900 owners to effectively bugger off instead of listening to them, even if they are a transient portion of the community. I can't tell which of the two is worse... That you're making the geek equivalent of a 'women drivers' slander or that you're telling new owners that their rantings and complaints are baseless and irrelevant instead of keeping an open mind toward the reasons and solutions for their complaint.

I, for one, am interested to hear what people like and dislike about their new N900 and I'd appreciate it if you allowed them to exercise their ability to express their joys and frustrations. I just as much enjoyed reading threads about the flaws as I liked the threads where people posted photos. They both swayed my opinions in both directions and gave me an appropriate appreciation of the N900.

In closing, I hope that you yourself take some of your own advice and mute your own need to complain about the PEOPLE, or else realize that the same people are complaining about a product and a brand.
