Is there some sort of limit which lets you download them only three times?

Anyway the .debs you have installed from ovistore or another repositories are cached here:

/opt/var/cache/apt/archives/

So for example you can install docstogo again like this:

dpkg -i /opt/var/cache/apt/archives/docstogo*

Or you can just copy them to to the memorycard for example.
