Works very well. But a Thread releated search would be also very nice. :)
Open a thread, click on the sort by thanks button and show up the posts ordered by "thanks" and "time" instead of only "time".

But what's more important since several months would be a "no thanks" button. You can call it "mark as spam", "chat message post" or "unrelated to the discussion".

Simple a Button to vote for unhelpful "are we there, yet?" posts.

It would be a blessing to hide all posts with more than (at example) 5 "SPAM" votes. (still viewable, but hidden by default - marked as space between the other posts and with the text "unrelated unhelpful post - marked by 12 members - click to read"

We could use the same threshold as at the personal messages. Only members with a certain number of "not as unhelpful" marked posts can mark posts as unhelpfu.
