Yep, but you may need an app. I don't think the FM transmitter will broadcast from the mic input. It didn't work for me.

It looks like Nokia uses the standard 3.5mm TRS connector, although I only glanced at it. I think the ipod uses the TRS but the iphone may use the TRRS (4 contacts). Looks like the hardware is available but not the app. It would actually be a useful app if possible.
