And Transmission works perfectly fine for me (my N900 isn't even overclocked). You just have to keep the lock-switch down a few seconds until the screen lights up and then wait a bit more to see the picture.

Buy a good radiator for CPU. My "server" pc was as noisy as airplane engines and after I changed radiator and fan it became very very quiet. :)

Why do you need to download torrents to your cellphone??? I think a better idea would be to use some sort of GUI to control torrent on a normal computer.

again with the cell phone claims, Its not a cellphone its a Mid with cellular call functions. :)

Still running torrents over wifi is a big no-no (at least for me). It puts a lot of pressure on the wifi module inside n900 and wifi router. Also, n900 is a portable device and you won't have internet connection all time. Of course you can run it over GPRS/EDGE/etc, but I don't think there is an operator that will allow you to download hundreds of Gigabytes of data(even on unlimited packages).

Deluge is written in Python + C++ + Boost... Not very lightweight and quite big... :)

Yep, there also seems to be some kind of leak in mine, because it devours one of my cores after a while.
