iv tried doing everything..

nothing is working for me


when i send messages it keeps saying that its still "pending"
and it wont ever change

iv tried the rm -rf .rtcom-eventlogger and it does nothing
i open xterm and enter it.. nothing..

am i meant to type anything before it??

i dont really care about the history of my conversations.. i just want it to be fixed..

i typed "rm -rf .rtcom-eventlogger" in xterminal but it does nothing. plz can someone help?? im new to this

I've this problem too now.

I tried everything:
- Remove .rtcom-eventogger
- Restore tasks and conversations
- Dump sqlite database

I've already this problem and I found nothing!

Who can help us, please :'(?

Me too. Same issue, but no ideas how to fix this.

/home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el-v1.db database seems corrupted, at least sqlite3 on "pragma integrity_check;" says "Error: database disk image is malformed". I tried to repair it using:

cd /home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger
echo .dump | sqlite3 el-v1.db > 1.sql
sqlite3 -init 1.sql el-v1_new.db
mv el-v1.db el-v1_old.db
mv el-v1_new.db el-v1.db
after this restart, and finally database is not malformed, data seems present, but conversations show "no conversations" instead of history as well as call log seems empty :confused:

Following one of the suggestions here:

it's finally repaired. I had to delete previous conversations log, but I still have a backup and at least it's working again.
