Did you install "Hide User-Agent"? Then that would be the reason why you cannot access Ovi store.

ITS WORKING FINE TILL YESTRDAY, SUDENLY FROM MORNING IM GETG DIZ "Ovi Store is currently not available for your device.

No issue of hide user agent bt sumthing went rong to ovi store i think

I can confirm this on my US device (version 10.2010.19-1.002). It's showing the same message for me.
