Seriously, what is going on with this phone? This thing is the big state of the art open source, Nokia Flagship, but it cannot do email??? I am really lost here & I know I am venting, but really... $500 and no email access?

Do we think their will sooner than later be a fix, or are we stuck with what we have?

Should I start shopping Android? Although nothing Android and T-mobile has a decent keyboard (sigh)

I would say give it a day or two since it could be nokia messaging and tmobile is not playing well together, so maybe nokia is trying to patch a fix for it or something. Plus tmobile data seems to be off and on everywhere. A few of my friends saying they data not working on they pda/smartphones right now. So I say hold tight and enjoy the best phone on the market right now. But this no email is getting to me right now as well :(

Still having email problems right now. Getting emails but when I reply and send it just sits in the outbox and never send.

My email is working fine (i.e. fully functional), but for the past several days it has been very slow clicking through the levels of menu. Several seconds delay when I click on "Mail for Exchange" and then several seconds more when I click on "Inbox." Using the crooked arrow button on the upper right to navigate back up the chain happens instantly. I tried slimming down my folder contents and it made no difference. Any thoughts?

I don't think it is T-Mobile network speed...I just tethered my laptop through the phone and got smoking fast speeds (2-4 times what I get through my AT&T 3G aircard). I am connected to an exchange server, and have seen no new delays when connected via outlook or an IMAP client.

I was getting this problem a few times. Not sure what caused it, but when I rebooted it spat out all the emails it was holding on to.

I've rebooted, deleted the account and added it again and still get emails just can't reply won't send. For the life of me I can't figure out whats wrong or could be wrong. I deleted the three apps I installed before the problem started still a no go.

Email is still not working right. I've deleted the account and re added it still a no go. Anybody got any ideas on how to fix it? Its not getting or sending emails right.

Does this happen only via wifi? or is it a problem you have on any connection?

Happens with both wifi and tmobile connection. My data works fine and fast for the net and apps that use data but the email is a no go :mad:

my only suggestion would be helpful if it was only on wifi you were having problems with ( manually input d.n.s's and ip addresses for your network from isp's access point)... sorry I can't be more help. I will look for a solution. Good luck
