It's still Palm's WebOS, but HP owns Palm. So technically, HP has WebOS in the middle of their Palm.

I can't believe ANYONE is voting for Symbian. I'm looking to jump ship to WIndows Phone 7, but of course I'm going to wait until I actually see one.

Because it's apparently hip to diss Symbian. Even in versions you have never seen or used :)

Re: Which ship will you jumping into?
Jailbreaking makes the iPhone a geek-oriented device? Excuse me? Apple hates it when you jailbreak because it means no revenue from the App Store. They certainly don't want you stepping outside their pretty little barred garden.
WP7 looks to be pushed by MS in the same fashion, and if anything iOS and WP7 devices will be the first to apply whatever punitive lockdown measures are available. Kinda sad how so many people seem to be rooting for extremely locked down systems for what is arguably the next tier of personal computing. |

It sucks in abstract, it sucks in idea, it sucks in execution. If Symbian 3 or 4 was to Symbian 60 as Windows Phone 7 is to Windows Mobile (that is to say a complete overhall), then I would tone down and read more and probably bash Symbian less. But its not. Its more of the same lameness, just in different shapes and colors and forms. |
