never heard about error code 1.
did you tried to download the image another time?
some ppl get broken downloads or something...

As u can see, there is no mention of 2gb partition. Pls help

Did you get the same errors again when flashing?

Why don't you just try Ubuntu for flashing? It won't cost you anything...

I do not know why this kernel is so particular ... but surely he will solve the your problem!!!;)
