Turn off all IM and VoIP, as well as MfE.

And remove widgets that update themselves.

i do the same but that not it .. it just drain data with out even using the web browser , i do not have any desktop widg and the IM is offline and the e mail only check when iam on wifi so i think it was the auto update so i turned it off using the x-term
