I'd just like to chime in here, all information stated on lxp's blog is true.

Please consider a proper donation as he was contracted and promised a very sizeable chunk of money for his efforts.

I know David didn't put a minimum, for but the record anything less than $10, if you need this driver, is really unacceptable in efforts to reach what he was originally offered.

I know a lot of work went into this from both sides, and both parties got messed up in the deal.

BTW! A little suggestion... Move your .htpasswd to another directory(hide it)... Don't put it inside the wl1251 directory... I've managed to get in already(bypass htaccess) lol!
