Re: Pants on Fire

ok go to this thread: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...pu+temp&page=4
post nr 71.copy and paste the code to /etc/conky/conky.conf
be sure you delete the code in there first.i hope you now how to copy and paste code to system folders.
after that you have to enable the temp sensor for conky.
go xterm an:
sudo gainroot
echo bq27x00_battery >> /etc/modules
after that reboot and conky will show you your temp
success

Re: Pants on Fire

there are different wys for that.for example leafpad.
i use midnight commander.its a good working file explorer with many functions.
download it go xterm.
type
root
mc (thats cause midnight commander needs root to edit system files)
then go to your conky conf tap on edit, erease the old code tap on the upper bar and push "paste" (you have to copy james code first)
then exit and don't forget to save, type this in xterm:
sudo gainroot
echo bq27x00_battery >> /etc/modules
reboot and you are finish;)

from my n900 browser i copied the entire code by pressin CTRL C and now i erased every thing in the conky config file via MC, but when i press CRTL V, its not pasting, and in the edit there is no paste option, any idea what i can do ?
