Is there a way to configure Vmware to be on the same net as your router, if any, and your N900 are?? Virtualbox knowledge only and virtual no knowledge about Windows and Putty, sorry.
Is the USB working at all? Do you have another micro memory card for the external slot?

Compared to the output of my device, the card seems not visible to hal also just the host adapter/port. Also i get 106 devices from lshal

yes, that fits with my theory, that the mmc is not available.

I am jujst watching dortmund vs shalke...sorry for my late replies

hardly lucky a 0-0 game is boring for everyone....

but its my fault..I should have better things to do!!

anyway. I guess its back to the drawing board with this thing. I am playing with android dev to get an openvpn tunnel and SIP g.729 going as thats what I really loved about this box...

mind you the native sendmail and lightttp web server were kind of fun too...I cant see that working on android for a while..

if I cant get it fixed I might have to buy another...but these hardware issues are worrying..

will the N9 be any better?
