e: and clearly we don't know if OP had chance inspecting the device or not, what about more info before further assumptions? |

If I would go to a local Wallmart and bought dildo and took it to local repair shop VibFix because it didn't fit in my a** and it didn't vibrate and after awhile got new one and at home found out that itīs half brown then would I start yelling that manufacturer of this dildo is screwing me (hmmm..perhaps in this case we could also say that) or should I go back to VibFix and tell them that THEY screwed it up. And if they end up laughing to me then I would probably contact customer attorney or what ever it is called in your country. Also writing couple of reviews online and giving details about this shop where you tell facts about this repair shop would not hurt. I would not start yelling that manufacturer has screwed me. Local care points do fixing themselves or they send it to another care point where they fix all kinds of phones. Not only Nokias. |
Re: Thank you Nokia customer support >:(
Hehe... Here in Vienna they don't even accept devices for repair: "this is a common problem with this model. We cannot repair them all."
or: "no use repairing it. It's just bad design by nokia. It'll break again." |

Here in the Netherlands I got the same awnser for my bright spot problem, it will have the same spot on the same position in about 2 months. But I sended it to Nokia Care and they replaced the lcd panel. But the freaky part was, after two months the brightspots came back! They were right! Resended the thing for the second time back to Nokia care, what did they do? A software update to fix the problem.... FAIL. So again my N900 is @ Nokia care being repaired, at least I think its being repaired. |
Re: Thank you Nokia customer support >:(
This is my last posting on this topic.
@ossipena As I said in the original posting I know that I screwed it up by giving my signature. That was just stupid, I agree. OTOH it's fair enough to be disappointed, I think. @slender I don't get why postings like yours don't get moderated. This isn't "for tchan". I would have been glad to deal with Nokia directly, but Nokias website says go to a Nokia Care Point to get your Nokia device repaired. The biggest sign in the shop hovering over the service desk said: Nokia. I think I made my point. Well, I made my peace with the scratches on the display. Other than that it works great and even more so with the CSSU. |
