I tried again on jflatt "libsdlpre.so" and Preenv 0.1.7 with some different configurations (screen size and rotations) : without success :(.

I think the problem is that (as someone mentioned is the compability thread) Worms is developed in a diferent sdk compaired to other games that works with preenv.

I've got an idea: maybe pixel by pixel repainting would be possible?
