Ireally want to encourage you to do what epitaph suggests!
Just use a Debian or Ubuntu Live CD. Do it.
While windows seems to work for plenty of people, there are also lots of threads with your issue, where the USB-drivers just stops working after the first flash.

I have put it for downloading,I am gonna check it within few hours.I will let you know what happens.
