i think the problem is couse root isn't in the sudoers file. Ok.. In my device i added it one year ago, u gotta know that i test my packages directly from my phone. Add the root to the sudoers file running this on the xterminal

Code:

root
echo 'root ALL=(ALL) ALL' >> /etc/sudoers
dpkg -i /path/date-time*.deb

it should work now. Let me know bout it ;) and sorry again for waiting

No difference, got the same error.

Edit:

Despite the errors a widget appaered in the menu.
The Italian one.
When starting it a lot of text appaers, but i don't get the right time.
I don't understand Italian, but the last words are con succezo.
So it should work. Any idea

Yes if you see

"Data e ora sono state sincronizzate con successo.." then it worked good ;) make shure that u r connected to one internet connection.. Can you post me a video shot of your test? i 'm sorry for the problem you have found.

It worked after several times trying, it was a matter of patience and a reboot.
