Yes, they should be in the repo's.
I have Internet on my N900 just with phone operator.

Now i need to reflash my phome becose his crashed, he restarted automatically. turned on for 5 sec and restarted again...

Well reflashing is a sure way to free up space, but it's going to take alot more bandwidth to re-download all the apps you had installed.....!

Why are you wanting to reflash your phone anyway? The instructions are in the wiki...

If you did the apt-get clean etc instructions, it shouldn't have removed anything critical.
