for anyone else having this problem, just download the 2 apt files as suggested by Pusak gaoq. delete the broken apt and create another one and paste the 2 downloaded files in it.
Then download this archive file which also uploaded by Pusak gaoq :) and paste it in the apt file. or after pasting the 2 files in the apt, create file named "archives" in the apt file, and another folder named "partial" in the archives file. then go to the terminal and write the code as suggested by tuxsavvy :) sudo touch /var/cache/apt/archives/lock |
