It says the card requires 40 amps on the +12v rail... |

And if you look at the photo of the PSU you posted you will see that it only provides +25A.
40A though, bloody hell that's greedy. I can start a car engine with less than that - guess I'm starting to fall out of the loop on High spec PCs. |
