Whn did it start overheating? for example about from yesterday evening onwards or after installin "so-so" application/software etc...

it start when i own it the phone.. i tried reflashing but after that.. is the same thing happen.. always heating..

nope.. when i didnt use... it will low temperature.. when i use on browsing and gaming or charging,,it becomes hot

The screenshot with conky is inconclusive. In fact some of the outputs from it aren't really useful.

You might want to check using top as root to see if there's any kernel threads (they are the ones with square brackets around them, e.g. [softirq]) are sitting on top of the processes.

Also has this device been overclocked before? is this device brand new or second hand? If its second hand have you asked the seller if he/she has done any overclocking on the device? which firmware are you using?

im overclocking sometimes but i return to default.. this is the what it shows in terminal when i top
