Help please? How to overcome this restriciton?

I have install Aegis-install hack by coderus before... Do I need something more to install to unlock this?

~ $ devel-su (rootme)
~ # develsh

~ # iw dev wlan0 get power_save (to see current state)
~ # iw dev wlan0 set power_save off (sets power safe mode off)
~ # iw dev wlan0 set power_save off (sets power safe mode on)

Yes, I understand that all... But...Get this:

~ # develsh
sh: develsh: Operation not permitted
~ #

??? I can't override this...

And it's:
/sbin/iwconfig wlan0 power off

But output is again:
SET faild on device wlan0 : Operation not permitted

How to fix develsh permition?
