IIRC nobody who isn't at least "intermediate" with Linux should concentrate on such a "phone" anyway.

some user buy the phone without knowing it use linux.
we all know that there are ppl out there who do that

ya but this tip won't help them and also they might invite trouble! I understand your intention but doubt how much it will be useful for users having little knowledge about linux.

i did try the guide here but i faced blackscreen :D maybe because of the forbidden nokia repo and i think non of you guys gonna help me with this .

i did say you need a clean phone best thing is you reformat and backup everything do every reboot as told etc
i did this and it worked like a charm for me it is really stange you still get it

my friend i did every single step and rebooted 3 times between the steps as you said but my problem is with the omap*.deb files it required some files from Nokia repositories but it is blocked in my country so i had to leave this and restore my phone back with backupmenu :o unless i can have the full omap files which doesnt need to download anything and i think this is impossible :D thanks again
