The link which I posted wasn't a link to a particular seller. You can browse through entire page/options - (new/used/refurbished). I guess reliable sellers with reliable phones are there.

Well I just bought this one http://www.ebay.ca/itm/130743962789?...=p5197.c0.m619 Now awaiting arrival. Is there a ritual I should be aware of for when receiving one of these?

Once you get the phone, ask nokia to run your IMEI number to see if its legit :P

newegg sells them for 299 with free shipping. I've seen it at 250 at some point, so it might happen again.
