as root try doing:

chmod 775 /usr/bin/smsbackuprestore

then re-run the tweak...

chmod: /usr/bin/smsbackuprestore: no such file or directory

and same result running the tweak

EDIT: Nevermind, reboot fixed it. now off to zeroizing the device.
