added the repository...

reinstalled hildon-home & hildon-desktop

rebooted

still the same problem!!! what do i do???

The problem is resolved... and I think why I didn't think of this earlier...

1. Open CSSU features Configuration
2. Go to Edit Mode and set :
a) Application Menu - allowed
b) Desktop Menu - allowed

Isn't this the same thing?
It's only a UI for some GConf.
