This is possible by using the Backup menu ;)

To solve these problems I've found no alternative but to replace the hard disk.
In the future I hope to find a solution to this issue is

Use of the search function would have saved you a lot of time. You need rootsh installed for these commands to work

copy all of them you want to save into MicroSD or ftp/sftp server,
flash your N900,then restore them.This is the best way to solve them exactly.

I hate fsck commands only that waste time and damages N900 partition.
