Re: N900 Made in Finland purchased on Ebay, Isīt genuine?
I was thinking that LIFE TIMER hours could be due to a stressful test that Nokia makes their phones. This Phone working really well. I'm going to disassemble this device. I need to know if the screen is genuine and if I can fix the white spots, and so I can see if the USB was repaired.

Don't buy anything on ebay from China/Hong Kong,
most likely a fake. Found a video on youtube explaining the differences https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Xd7IVCV3Jg |

You won't be able to fix the white spots, without changing the display. I read somewhere (but it might be just something like TT - TheoX Teory) that white spots appears after overclocking to high levels. But again that's only like roomer or TT news - as You wish. Anyway, just use it before it's too late - and the end is close for this one, belive me man. edit: right, there is no need to hide Product Code, since it's just language version / provider version. It's safe, You are all right, can come out. |

Re: N900 Made in Finland purchased on Ebay, Isīt genuine?
Sorry, I Opened other new thread, about this questions: Just follow here.
These days, itīs possible to get a new genuine N900 made in Korea? Days ago I bought a phone from Ebay and everything is perfect and it works great except for the screen that has two white spots. I think it is repaired, even though the seller said it was new. also says MADE IN FINLAND. With the serial number. It is possible to know if this device was repaired? and what was the problem? Because if this phone only has two spots on the screen. I can live with that without problems ... |
Re: N900 Made in Finland purchased on Ebay, Isīt genuine?
5 Attachment(s)
I decided to disassemble my two N900 because really at the end to compare both found the of made in finland (2101 version) is faster and maintains a low temperature in the CPU that it is made in korea (version 2104). This device bought on Ebay on your motherboard contains components from Japan and the other device made in Korea has components from VIETNAM . I also checked if there were any USB port repair, apparently nothing. Upload photos for an expert opinion.
Because I found some small differences indicated there. |
