Okay, so I think everything is fixed.
For Fapman, I removed all repos and readded them (extras, extras-testing)

For HAM, i did as per HandAxe's suggestion to edit the repos and as michaaa62 suggested removed the skeiron.org repos and replaced with maemo.org repos.
