It was unused, kuwait region. Screen doesn't work well in cold weather but otherwise it's been fine.

I believe so, I honestly do not remember. The phone had no signs of usage, booted to tutorial and had all the plastics on it.

I will! But it will take a month or so, only ships to US so I had to send it to a mail forwarding service, could take a while.

BTW, does someone have experiences with customs when ordering from the US into the european union? maybe austria in particular? I declared it at 200$ value, so there should be no customs fees... Just have to hope they don't open the box ;)
