understandably...
few desire a conflict...fight...battle...war ...or epic mass conflagration ... :D

My as yet unspoken (internal) conflict with what I am witnessing can be summed up thus:
I think it especially hard for some (I most vociferously include myself :D) who view their fellows here at the least as esteemed mentors and peers if not friends and compatriots. We grow on each other...In this community..we.work on ideas solutions and...puzzle out probs...together...help each other....argue..debate...laugh..joke... and are upset or saddened ...how is this different from family? .... brothers and sisters outside of blood.

Don't mistake me...I don't for a heartbeat think that anything or org or person(s) are the end all and be all. I have my blood relations and friends I care for apart from this community that I spend my time with.
But in my eyes...this great bunch of people that have gathered here to date are a unique and precious bunch that are worth preserving, protecting, fighting for and helping in whatever way I as a person can.
So it is hard for many to watch when we see our friends getting upset with each other...what would make it better? What would make it worse and more painful? How to avoid that? Saying nothing? Saying something?
That is...I think anyway...the reason...many have been quiet thus far
