But there are people called Mubarak.
Another variant of Mubarak is Barack (yes.. as in Barack Obama :p)

1. yes, it is 4 days
2. Depends on the country. You are free in most Islamic countries. But other countries you can ask for special permission to get a day off free.

Sure, last name could be anything. I know someobe who's last nane is 'Naakt geboren', which means in dutch: Born naked :p
