When does it exactly reboot? do you get to see the desktop? does it connect? are you able to start a program (click an icon) before it reboots?
It boots normally with the music and animation.....later it asks for time and date in which no font can be seen.
Later the wallpaper is visible but as soon as the menu loads it reboots

Then I am afraid you are screwed. Follow mrsellout's link to get the USB port fixed. Otherwise you have a brick that you can sell for spare parts.
