In last month there was 3 on allegro: 1 with unfinished sim mod (I bought it), with broken lcd and one fully functional with sim mod. Additional there are few Photons on ebay.

There is also almost usable Sailfish port for Photon Q so I think for now it's the only recommendable device with hw keyboard and some kind of linux system. I know it's not that polished like n900 but still I am wondering why there is almost zero interest in this device here: in center of linux/hw keyboards followers.

There is also ancient HTC Desire Z but with only 512MB RAM.

Yep, and any recent Android will lag as hell as it's Android.

Just found out BlackBerry plans to issue BB Rome, hw kbd bar. Hope they won't hard lock it just as they locked Priv.

Basically. No sensible hwkb phone since 2011 or 2012. I guess Motorola Photon Q was the last, with 4.3" display. You won't get anything bigger

You mean that anecdotal privacy?
Do you suggest that when they release new Android phones, they'll be hard locked too?

I wouldn't say that bb10 is completely dead, devs from crackberry doing great job supporting it.

You probably should take a look at passport in person, it's really good device, and with dead-or-alive status of the platform you may grab a good deal on it.

P.S. It's bulkier than it seems on photos.
