Oh my god... I knew him only from the posts he made here, but he always struck me as a good guy who did a lot of work for this community's benefit.

Very sad news. Gido was very generous with his time and efforts to the community, and he'll be missed by all who knew him :-(

His help with Hildon Foundation, and then in the founding of Maemo Community e.V. cannot be overstated.

An unexpected and way too early loss for his family and friends (but also Maemo).

And especially this is why we will never forget him!

I am sure we will keep him in our minds/hearts.

I still can't believe it! We will eventually meet Gido again, whatever time it is. But until then, he will be deeply missed...
