Don't worry about the GPG errors. At least not for now.
The problem is the openbossa repository, it's unavailable. This happens now and then with repositories, the site is temporarily unavailable.

What you have to do is to go into application manager, tools, application catalogue, select/find the openbossa repository and select Details (unless you gave it a recognizable name you may have to look through all of them), then disable it (there's a tickbox). After that update will work.

Thanks it refreshed. Do i leave the bora checked disable? I tried unchecking and it won't refresh with them inabled.

Just try unchecking it every second day or so.. or every week, unless you learn that the site has gone offline permanently. I just tried to 'ping' it now (which you can also do from osso-xterm btw, but for some stupid reason it's set up so that you must be root) and the site doesn't answer.
