Yes. If you enabled WLAN or GSM in omweather config and N900 isn't connect to Network, omweather automatically connect to WLAN or 3G.

This huge font is present just in "Internet connection". I updated OMWeather, rebooted and i got this side effect. :)

EDIT: Rebooted and it's gone now. Maybe it was something temporary, maybe it was something else.

For the last couple of versions I've had the GPS location stuck at "Vyborg" - that's a wrong city and a wrong country. I've tried uninstalling the OMWeather but after re-installing when ever I set up the location by GPS it turns out as "Vyborg".

Anyone have a clue as to what might be wrong?

nice one :D

the only thing i'm missing is a 5 days forecast which takes up nearly half of the screen in height and width :)
(in total a quarter of the screen ^^)

Ok, the widget is working better, it can connect to 3G/GPRS and WLAN and update the weather. But..
Auto updating is still not working. It looks like it can't connect to internet because it removes all the information that it got (an hour)before and puts pics with no info for all days. Maybe it's trying wrong connections (some locked WLAN or something like that), i think that could be resolved by making list with preferred connections (so user can put for example: Home WLAN, Work WLAN, etc. and the last one 3G/GPRS) because that way it can't try to connect to wrong network.
Animated icons look really nice. Is it possible to refresh them (animation starts over again) when user moves(swipes) to the background where the widget is placed? That would be really nice move. :) I hope other icon sets are going to be updated with animations. Really nice work! Tnx! ;)

Maybe a silly question but what so you mean by omweather config? You want me to pull up the actual config file? If so - where can I find it?

There. Though it seems that the problem might be fixed after updating the firmware today. But the problem was that the GPS station insisted I was in Vyborg while being in Tampere, Finland.

Please update omweather-weather-com-stations-db to version 0.9.12, reboot your device and try to use gps station again.

Hi.
I have the version 0.25.5 build 30 with the database 0.9.13.

When I try to update OMWeather, I often get the message. "Couldn't resolve host. Successfully loaded: 0/4".

Sometime it will just work fine...

What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Thanks for the wonderful update. Love the animation. Is it possible to keep the animation going in loops ? For example, if its raining, it should show raindrops falling down?

I have, but that does not help,

I think the problem is deeper than I thought. I tried to uninstall OM Weather and my device would not allow it. It indicated something to the effect that certian files were in use. Rather than bother with that, I need to reflash anyway and reinstall all my apps. That appears to have solved the updating problem.

However, there is also this: I, too, still have that random GPS station occurring as Station # 5. I thought the max was 4. I went into station 5 and changed it to Manual and then cleared the station. Now it does not appear and everything is fine, for the moment, except this:

The wind sock icon is missing. Seems only to be missing when it is either 0 or 1. Sometimes an update corrects this, sometimes not.

No problems here, I like the animation and I agree with ajamalis - it would be nice to be able to modify a setting to control how often the animations loop rather than just do it once and then stop. Could this be a potential battery drain though - not sure if you can determine when the widget is visible or not...

I've noticed a bug(at least in the previous version, don't know if its fixed now). Basically as soon as I rebooted my N900 it added one more station. So now I can choose between 10 different citys, if I want to. The one that was added were always prefilled as a GPS station.
