OK, just to get the ball rolling, here's one I made earlier.

The colours are pretty close to the originals. If you want a bit more detail, it shouldn't take too long to put another transparency layer on top.

love this theme but the app icons annoy me a little LOVE the battery and signal icons been thinking about changing them myself but was too lazy hehehe also the text colour in conversations for 'name' and 'you' are yellow shouldnt they be blue seeing as thats the main style of the theme as well the blocks either side of your desktop when you are changing the layout are yellow also believe they should be blue as the yellow is annoying me hehehhehe other than that fantastic theme

Hi,
love the Theme but have some questions.
First: The blue notifications for new messages or calls seem to have wrong colours for me, dont know if its normal. It looks like there is something broken. The progress bar has the same broken colour. will add pics if i have some.
Second: The media player backgroung is teared in half on my N900.
Third: Could you change the colours of the IM signs, i mean the "Online" and "Offline" buttons. Why do they have the same colour? :D
Last: Is it possible to change the battery icon when its full?
PS: Dont understand me wrong, i love your theme, really great work. The transitions are perfect and the icons and everything. These afre just suggestions ;)

How can I enlarge the battery and Signal icons?

hmm..the only way is using photoshop or another program for editing images .
you can find them in home/usr/share/icons/blue-sky-icons/scalable/hildon

sorry for not changing them but i don't really have time to work on this right now...if you manage to make them bigger it would be usefull for me if you post them here :P

Just an update on my previous post yesterday, regards the battery and signal icons.

I reinstalled the theme last night, everything seemed to be OK, but I now get artifacts when the drop down menu appears on screen. See screenies:

This last shot was taken after applying a different theme.

It reminds me of what happens when a graphics card overheats in a PC.

i don't think this is happenning because of the theme...i think you have some other problemes..maybe you have installed some buggy programs from extras-devel. I am saying this because on my phone it works just fine...i didn't have any problems like that. Moreover, some of my friends are using the theme as well and they didn't have any problems with it...Did you tried to flash the phone?

It's one of the iStyle Themes called "LightPhone".
The icons are the Blue-Sky icons, I hadn't restarted after applying the LightPhone theme.

Hi,

I really really like your theme, but there are some small things what I think needs to be changed:

- the App manager start screen, is think the original icons fit beter with this theme, ofcourse you can change the background of it. But maybe a more neutral background. but when you go to download, that is the most sweetest thing I have ever seen!

- the mediaplayer has a weird line in the middle, don't know what it is, but it's not nice. and the background again is to much, especially when someone chooses their own background on the desktop, and goes to mediaplayer, it only fits if you keep the backgrounds.

- the download and install bar are colored light blue or some Sea type color. Wich I think doesn't fit well with the rest of the theme. A more neutral blue would be more suitable.

Don't feel offended or something cause I seriously love the rest, the icons, the transmission to another screen etc.

Reinstalled it.

Don't get the big black ugly triangles from the drop down menus any more :)
The transitions work pretty well too.
How easy is it to change the lock screen? Maybe create a second theme with different backgrounds.

it is not that difficult...if you want to change the lockscreen go to (/usr/share/themes/Blue-sky/backgrounds/ and you can find there the lockscreen wallpper (you just have to replace it with another one). Moreover you can change the wallpapers as well if you don't like them)..

theme looks good dispite the cactus hurting my eyes
Wallpaper 1 is not the same contrast and brightness of wallpaper 4. If you can make it continously and blend them to make it like an endless wallpaper like the standard Nokia water one then it would be perfect.

Thanks for the nice theme. By the way, if I go under Desktop/Manage Views/ then 1 of the screens wallpaper does not change to be Blue Sky Theme Wallpaper.

Any ideas?

pretty good theme, but font color in clock and alarms should not be white (or make background darker) and I don't understand why does the media player background always seems like its made out of two different images. That already mentioned "line". I guess that's your intention but I don't like it. Cactus is OK but this isn't.
And one more thing, color of signal and battery seems to dark and hard to see.

I got this error when I try to vote from the link on the first post of the thead, I didn't activate testing repositorie on my phone... and I was taking the .deb file from this first post too...

I tried it, it's a nice blue sky, for me it's better (anyway for people who don't like it, it is possible to change wallpapers), but there's always the cactus on the open slide screen... :D

Otherwise, one thing to report if I can explain with my poor english, it is almost impossible to read the number of musics, videos, ..., because of the color wich is too bright at the bottom of the screen or perhaps the font color in the media player menu.

first pic is issue with media player, the "line" or whatever that is. To me it looks like two images

second one is contrast problem on clock app

and third one is example of good contrast, this is how it should be on clock also. And you could also change this icons because they are not as stylish as the rest of them but I can live with them.

I think it's a bit disturbing to have so different kind of backgrounds in different apps (app manager, clock, desktop etc).
