Any way to retag a whole album leaving some tags untouched? I tried to edit album name of an album and now all songs are tagged with artist name of the first track :(

how to play an album in grid or list mode?

very dope...so far so good...v been following the development...of ths...really nyc.....somethngs v noted....in flow mode.....make the albumn art transition smoother...thn some bass and treble control would be much apprectiated.

again....really reallynyc app..:)

I'll add a fix for this in next update

The same way you play an album in flow mode

It's as smooth as it can be for now
When I'll get something better I'll add this


I'm working in the music database
Now when you tag a song or an album you don't need to update your collection. It's 95% done right now.
After this, I'll change the player backend from QtMultimediaKit to phonon. This way I'll be able to add equalizer I think.
But I need some time for this. Be patient please

Just wanted to say thanks Matias for a great app! Stumbled over it the other day and I'm impressed! The lyrics and album covers works really great and finds almost everything. Need start to transfer some mp3's to the phone because of this app instead of Spotify.

Are you still updating the app and want additional translations? If so, is it still the xml file linked in another post?

ps. like your relaxed way of programing. "I never keep a change log" :D

I always tried to keep a change log, but the latest updates are just fixes, that's why I didn't post a changelog

You can edit the file with any text editor
Just replace <translation> strings

I uninstalled old version and then installed new version.Updated my music library.In view List Mode and sorting albums by artists , when i click albums , it listing all of my songs.Not only specified album's songs.And sometimes it crashed and stops responding.

I've forgotten to change some code I've trying and that's why you get all songs when you select an album in list view mode.
This should also fix the "not responding" issue

Thanks ! Both equalizer and song listing works perfectly.But i just wanted to update some translation parts because they don't mean exactly what will it mean.I uploaded new translation file , that would be great if you include and after send it to Nokia.

been testing the new v0.1.4,,,,jus reporting some few thngs.....
1. eq setting doesnt remember the settings u had set when you quit the player.e.g...when you use party and modify the eq,after you quit the player,and start it again...the eq will default to the preset..in ths case,party.
2.can you add a shuffle button in albumn view so that you can play all music from there.

Ok, a little bit of dust got stirred up due to the PR1.3 miracle :rolleyes: I'm out on the other side and upgrade went smooth. I'm still looking for what has been changed though :)

Attached the Swedish translation file. If you don't mind I added some corrections to the below rows to the english as well which you might want to change:

288,296 - Changed founded to found
367 - Changed "Error login in" to "Error logging in"
371 - Changed "Logged as" to "Logged in as"
375 - Changed "Not logged yet" to "Not logged in yet"
519 - Strange characters after "There". Don't know if it's an error or not so you better check that

Edit: I finally realized why I can't update it anymore...
Just like QAD File Manager, the developer changed the payment method from Free to 1€ fee... Instead of making a new paid App...
Now my phone has TWO "bugged" apps that can't update.
I'll most likely uninstall FlowPlayer specially since I don't use it that much -.-

in the latest build the stuttering of music while doing something else (background usage) is really a pitty!

@cepi please throw in some magic so that we can use fastern9 together with this app.

I know you like playing with wazapp but this is a paid app so could you give some comments?

v 0.1.5: For some reason manual changes to a EQ profile don't stick and when the player is closed and then re-opened, the profile I edited is reset to the default. Is there any way around this or alternatively, is this going to be fixed? Thanks.

Edit: Preset means Fixed. So you cannot modify it unless the author update it and include manual equalizer settings. Well, my concern is the album Art. It say's downloaded album art, but I cannot see any downloaded album art for me to choose.

I don't mean that. If I select 'rock' it is 'rock', but if a edit a profile changing levels for particular frequency range, such changes are not saved.

Another option I am really missing is 'repeat single track'.

It has spikes in album selection screen and NO folder view..
Can u add folder view besides album?

Same here! Would be really really nice to have the possibility to choose folder! In my case it's like i have one folder for singles and one folder for complete albums in my music folder. Now flowplayer scans ALL the music in it, so it shows single songs and albums, and every single song has it's own cover, which it makes really difficult to use. I mean, it would be much cooler to have only full albums view in it. So we would have default player for single songs and beautiful flowplayer for albums! If it's not to difficult! Thank you very much in advance!
