Does it exactly have to be a live meeting or can that be done offline? Like phrasing up the most pressing things in a question and agree/disagree within a limit of let's say 3 days? - Sounds doable, no?

All of communitys' and councils' main efforts and decisions like BoD elections, council-unification(see Referendum) and bank/paypal account issues were meaningless if our dear BoD simply does not agree.
