So you changed animation-delay too, from 30000 to 20500 - to gain what?

It provides that, at the interval to change places first time.
In fact, I don't even know why there is this value.:p
It doesn't have practical significance if it is 30000 or 20500.
And it doesn't effect for this change.

I have also many other changes in this file.;)

That's a problem if we use more than one program, which replaces the same file.
That's why I have made .css-file to Blanco-folder, where is my own changes. ;)

v1.2 from store works fine with Billboard 1.0.9 :D
