Good news: CepiPerez has found a new job and is planning to buy a new N9 to continue developing Whatsup and other apps.

@HtheB: This is reply to your private message, no I'm not going to give my phone away just like that to just anybody. If CepiPerez wants my phone, I will sent it straight to him.

But if I understood right, CepiPerez doesnt need my phone anymore as his situation is now improved?

He doesn't have a "superb" job. But he has at least a job for a living though, I'm already happy for that (especially in a 'crisis' time like this!)
What I have understand, he just got enough for his normal living...
I'll contact cepi to see what his reply will be though
