There is your problem. Snapshots from TV or computers screens are notoriously challenging due to the visible raster. See this post for a similar hilarious result.

And there are no solutions to extract numbers from CRT?

In addition to the raster pattern there's also another problem. Tesseract OCR requires that the fonts are taught to it beforehand. That font in the attached image is pretty different from the fonts which tesseract can detect reliably.

On a CRT screen:

do you have a solution to extract numbers from picture taken with your application?
