I am using this Yalp Store proposal as a work arround. it was right now the most efficient way of continous access to play store.

I had the same problem on my Nexus 4. The fix was the same, downgrade store and chatter -i the apk.

Hi there. tried all the steps on my Aquafish and now it says google store can't install because i'm out of space. I have a clean install with a few minor apps installed on it. Any help will be great

Hope you have tried re-booting your AquaFish which might resolve issue.

Over the night Play Store installed by itself Now i want to follow the steps to stop it from upgrade and in terminal i get the following cannot touch 'touch /opt/alien/data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk' : Permission denied Any ideas |

You have stopped Android Support in Settings and are running as root?
Some users have had to use instead: Code:
touch /opt/alien/data/app/com.android.vending-2.apk |

Just a cautionary note that updating to Sailfish 3.0.1.11 destroys something and you will get "Waiting for network" message in Play Store.
