Will the newly added OVI repository in the application manager feature the downloads in the OVI store? Or do we have to install directly from the web OVI store?

I think the idea is to place the bottom edge of the phone against the object to be measured. It actually does work but the angle meter in particular doesn't settle well. I'll need to play around with it some more.

I keep getting a "application package not found" when trying to install different apps from the store.

any ideas?

Did you install latest maemo 2009.44 update which installs Ovi repository?

if it doesn't work for you just use the browser and type in store.ovi.mobi and you're good to go

ok there's something wrong. i updated FW and both on my phone and on my PC i can only see 6 apps total in the ovi store!!!! where are the games and themes that everyone's talking about??????? I only see these:

4. Solitaire Touch

could it be you're on page 1 and need to click "next" (or whatever it says in your language)? the button is right below the last application, on the right side.

also, when you enter the store, they give you a list of recommendations. this list could be short in theory. (it's long for me.) click on one of the categories in the grey toolbar on top of the page (applications, games,...) to see the full selection.
