You sure?

As I said before, I got a HTC Desire HD a couple of months ago and flashed Android Revolution HD and using LauncherPro instead of HTC's Sense.

I have been getting updates / fixes / tweaks for this ROM sometimes twice a week.

Wake me up when you get support like this from Nokia or in this particular case by the community.

Hell, even all kinds of emulators are far easier to setup.
Just install any emulator you want and also install the ROM Gripper App. It has a HUGE list of games and you just need to tap Download. 5 to 10 seconds later you are playing the game.

In the wasted hours it took me fiddling on my N900 to make something like this work properly, I was already tired of playing all sorts of oldschool games on my DHD.

Hi,

Can Android run WebOS games as well?

I'm curious if Maemo or MeeGo run all of the WebOS games?

Oh, to answer your question... I don't think that Android can run WebOS games yet.

No, they usually get their own native port before WebOS releases. And then some.

I've seen increasing HDMI connectivity offered on hotels the past couple of years that I don't think this is an issue anymore. It's greatly superior to composite connection too.

Why on earth would you need an Android to run WebOS games? WebOS games are always the same as Android games and usually get it last before iPhone and Android did. So there is no point of running WebOS games on Android! FACT!

Thanks for all the answers. So in the other words it's better to get an Android if I really want to play games on my phone?

In a year or so, the answer to that question will probably be sony ngp or xperia play devices. We'll have to see their library.

But for now, if the sole concern is gaming, I'll have to say it's iOS.

is Nokia changing its plan A to Bv2, or is the recent news about Meego and Symbian just desperate damage control attempts?
