Why you would change the name?

The only thing I would change is the icon! The developer will do it soon!

Why not use the wazapp icon? Its opensource?

I don't really want to use anything from Wazapp. That's their work, this is mine.

I like the current icon but if somebody comes up with a better one that doesn't resemble at all the Whatsapp/Wazapp icon, I can think about it.

What's wrong with the phone with the blue background :(

Blue is too girly for them. Change it to pink!

because the app is in development, just like blueprints.. still it is a phone on a blue background

I works just fine.

not sure if it is mentioned before, or if it is actually possible, or that is just the way whatsapp works:
when i start Yappari, i sometimes get a message from my contacts, who sent the message in the time the app was turned off. But the time, which is displayed near the message, is the time i received the message, not the time it was sent. It is actually not disturbing at all or so, I was just curious, pointing out this behavior.

Wow, now there's even artwork coming in!

Yesterday, I tried to setup a group conversation. The partner setting up the group conversation had to wait for a long time in order to start the group, and messages never recieved the N900. However, Yappari crashed, and upon relaunching, it tried to show some messages (it opened a chat window with the phone number of the group admin with some numbers after it, but showed no messages). I understand group conversations is not yet included, just wanted to report in on the behaviour :-)

Is there any tests / reports / formatting we users can do? For example, we could provide:
- media sharing formatting
- group conversation formatting and workflow
