Thanks jkq, worked fine ^^

and akfo7 i have the same issue, version worked smoothley
on pc, and xbox version of scummvm.

The version is the cd version, with speech.
Scummvm chrashes and even after ending the scummvm
the n900 keeps taking 100% cpu from scummvm.
(see with conky) only reboot fix this.

At a guess, delete the ~/.scummvm directory.

Where can I find this directory? I looked from the N900 Files, butt i did not find any ~/.scummvm directory

I did say it was a guess - my N900 wasn't working at the time. It's actually a file: /home/user/.scummvmrc so (from X Terminal):
Code:

rm /home/user/.scummvmrc
This will wipe out all settings for ScummVM. You can also try editing the file and deleting the setting for the specific game - the settings look fairly straightforward.

A few games (DOT and Sam and Max come to mind) are still around in repackaged CDs (Bought 3 lucasarts games last year) and they do come with a windows EXE to make them Windows XP/Vista compatible but they also come with all the datafiles that are required by ScummVM. I am talking about Lucas Arts games here as they are the only ones I've tried.

Just tried DOTT myself. It stars promising. Even speech works at the first part. After a few cutscenes speech is gone though, but the game still works.
One time scummvm crashed and as someone mentioned before i had to kill process manually using xterm because it was using 100% cpu and was not responding any more.

Still great work so for. :)

I'm loading DOTT, it works well, but no sound.
It looks like monster.sog is correctly opened.

Any ideas?

log:

File:: open: opening 'tentacle.so3' failed
File:: open: opening 'monster.sou' failed
File::.open: opening 'monster.sof' failed
